1 cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. almond flavoring
2 cups flour
¼ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Beat butter approximately 30 seconds.
2 – Add sugar, vanilla, and almond flavoring and beat about a minute.
3 – Add flour, baking powder, and salt slowing until combined with the butter mixture.
4 – Add milk and blend until just combined.
5 – Divide dough in half, wrap each half in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
6 – Roll one piece of dough until just over 1/8 inch thick. Cut shapes.
7 – Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
