4 Eggs
1 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Quick Oats
Cup Chopped Onion
Tbsp Salt
tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
tsp White Pepper
4 lbs ground beef/venison

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into small 1 inch balls. Bake 10-15 minutes at 400 turning often. You may want to make these and then fry one and taste. I sometimes add more garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce or pepper to taste.
