1/2 cup Butter - melted
3 Eggs
1 T. Cornstarch
1/2 t. Salt
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/2 t. Vanilla
1 Pie Shell - Unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over 350º
Add butter to eggs and stir making sure butter is not hot but cooled or eggs will cook. Combine dry ingredients. Add buttermilk and vanilla to dry ingredients mix and add egg mixture and mix well.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 50 minutes - 1 hour. Cover pie crust edges after 35 minutes with foil if crust gets too dark.
