3 cups rhubarb fresh
15 whole strawberries cut up
3/4 Cup sugar scant
Cinnamon
1 T flour scant
8 inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 375 degrees.
30 min with aluminum foil around edges. Remove foil and bake 10 min longer.
Combine rhubarb, strawberries, flour and all but 2 T sugar. Put in pie shell. Combine
small amount cinnamon and 2 T sugar. Put strips of pie crust over fruit. Sprinkle with
sugar and cinnamon mixture.
