1 onion chopped
1 1/2 carrot chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
1/3 cup butter
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can minced clams 10 oz
1 1/2 T cornstarch
2 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, sauté onion, carrots, celery in butter until tender. Stir in potato
soup and can of clams. Combine cornstarch and small amount of milk. Add rest of milk
to soup. When warm add thickening.
