Addie Smith's Chicken Casserole Recipe

1+ 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup celery, chopped
2 TB onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste

1 cup Ritz Crackers
2 TB butter
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Saute celery & onion in butter. Combine all ingrdients in a casserole pan.
Top with RITZ cracker crumbs, almonds & butter..

Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes
