Cod
1/4 C Mayo
2 t Lime juice
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
1/4 to 1/3 C melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 400 degrees.
Rinse and dry cod with paper towels.
In small bowl combine mayonnaise, lime juice, salt and pepper. Smooth on top
Of cod. Rub oven dish with olive oil. Spread breadcrumbs on top of mayo rub.
Drizzle melted butter on top of breadcrumbs.
Bake for 20 min.
