12 oz Alaska Halibut
2 T fresh lemon juice
3-4 t olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 to 1/2 t dried basil
1/4 t fine sea salt
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler to high.
Pat Halibut fillets dry on paper towels. Coat pan with nonstick cooking spray, place Halibut on pan.
Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, dried basil, salt and pepper. Brush Halibut with lemon mixture on both sides.
Broil Halibut 4 to 5 inches from heat, 4 minutes, turn and continue broiling 2 - 3 minutes or till flakes easily.
Drizzle with remaining lemon mixture or juices from pan.
