lb. Monterey Jack cheese
3 c. cooked white rice
3 c. sour cream
2 cans diced green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 13 x 9 in casserole dish. Mix sour cream and chilis - put aside. In casserole dish put layers of cheese strips, sour cream mixture and rice. Repeat. End with rice on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Then add c. grated cheese on top and bake 5 more min.

This is one of my family's favorites! Goes great with enchiladas or any Mexican food.
