1 lb cottage cheese
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg
8 oz thin egg noodles
1 bag of frozen peas
sour cream

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Cook noodles
3. Mix the cooked noodles & all the other ingredients in a 9x13 pan
4. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes

Serve with peas and sour cream
