1 medium onion, diced
3 fresh ears of corn
3 potatoes peeled and diced
2 cups half and half
1 cup shredded carrot
2 cups sharp cheese grated
2 cans cream style corn
½ lb. bacon lardons
6 cups milk
1 stick butter 2 small cans green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon reserve grease and saute onions and carrots until tender. IN a stock pot or crock pot add milk and half and half cook on medium heat. Cut corn off the cob and add to the pot. Add all other ingredients except ½ bacon to serve on top with grated cheese. Cook for 1 hour in pot on medium and then reduce to low to prevent milk separation.
