1 Cup Butter (softened)
1 1/3 Cups Packed Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
1-2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (save 1/2 for sprinkling on top)

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar for several minutes then add peanut butter and beat until smooth.

3. Beat in the eggs one at a time until well blended.

4. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt together in a bowl, then pour and stir into the wet mixture and mix until just combined.

5. Mix in the oats until combined, then stir in the chocolate chips.

6. Spread into a 9X13 greased pan and then sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes. (do not over-bake)

8. Cool and store in air tight container
