3/4 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup & 2 Tbsp. flour
16oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powered sugar
4 Tbsp. butter

Do filling first : Mix together cream cheese, 2 Tsp. vanilla, 2 cups powered sugar and 4 Tbsp. butter.

Now mix the batter for the roll
Mix together and put in well greased 17 1/2 x 11 1/2 pan jelly roll pan. Bake at 375' for 13-15 minutes when done place cake on powered sugar towel and roll up to cool.

When cake is cool, unroll and spread filling; roll back up and wrap in wax paper and foil. Freeze (this filling recipe is already doubled)
