1/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 ounces baking chocolate
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup chopped nuts
9 ounces miniature marshmallows (regular or colored)
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and shortening on low heat; cook slightly. Remove from heat. Add sugar and egg;
fold in nuts and marshmallows. Shape into a log and foll in coconut. Freeze. Slice to serve.
