1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 16 oz. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients. Pour batter into greased baking pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
