2-4 lbs. Round Steak - Cut Thin
1-2 Sweet Onion Cut Thin
2 Large cans of Crushed Tomatoes
2 Large cans of Diced Tomatoes

1 T Garlic
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 C of water

Potatoes
Milk
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in cast iron skillet with little olive oil.
Set Aside
Sear Steak (cut in portions)

Deglaze pan with 1-2 cups of water and add it to the crockpot

Put all into Crock Pot

Add: Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Make mashed potatoes with milk and butter, salt and pepper to taste.
