2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
8 strips bacon
1 large onion, chopped coarse
1 large head lettuce, chopped coarse

Directions:
Directions:

In a small bowl combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth.
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Chop coarse and set aside.
Reduce heat, add egg mixture, and stir to thicken.
Combine lettuce, onion and bacon in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture over lettuce.
