Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp of salt
1 ½ c Crisco
1 egg
6 T cold water
1 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, soda, and salt together in a mixing bowl
Cut in the Crisco with a pastry blender until it is pea-sized
In a cup, whisk together the egg, water, and vinegar
Pour the liquid mixture over the flour, and work into a ball
Roll the dough out into the desired size

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Don’t worry about overworking the dough when incorporating the water because this is not a problem. Also, don’t chill the dough before rolling like some recipes require. Finally, Grandma’s recipe makes enough for more than 1 crust, so you can always freeze the extra in balls or already rolled into pans.
