6 eggs
1 lb brown sugar
2 c white sugar
1 T vanilla
1 T honey
˝ lb butter (no margarine)
1 ˝ lb peanut butter
4 tsp Baking Soda
9 c raw oatmeal
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag M&M’s
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugars and butter in a mixer
Add the eggs, vanilla, and honey and beat until smooth then add the peanut butter and beat until incorporated
In a large bowl, measure out the oatmeal and add the baking soda mixing well
Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and stir in the chocolate chips and M&M’s
Drop the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet using a tablespoon (the large cereal spoon)

Bake at 330° for 7.5 min in an oven with air bake or closer to 10-11 min in an oven without speed bake

The monster cookies finish baking on the counter. So, if you pull them out of the oven when they are golden brown, you have over-baked them. They are done when they are set with a light brown color. This recipe makes a large batch of cookies; however, they freeze wonderfully and neighbors always love them!
