Ingredients: 6 eggs 1 lb brown sugar 2 c white sugar 1 T vanilla 1 T honey ˝ lb butter (no margarine) 1 ˝ lb peanut butter 4 tsp Baking Soda 9 c raw oatmeal 1 bag chocolate chips 1 bag M&M’s

Directions:Cream the sugars and butter in a mixer Add the eggs, vanilla, and honey and beat until smooth then add the peanut butter and beat until incorporated In a large bowl, measure out the oatmeal and add the baking soda mixing well Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and stir in the chocolate chips and M&M’s Drop the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet using a tablespoon (the large cereal spoon)
Bake at 330° for 7.5 min in an oven with air bake or closer to 10-11 min in an oven without speed bake |

Notes: The monster cookies finish baking on the counter. So, if you pull them out of the oven when they are golden brown, you have over-baked them. They are done when they are set with a light brown color. This recipe makes a large batch of cookies; however, they freeze wonderfully and neighbors always love them!
