Calvary (Temple) Kitchen Capers


1 chicken cut up & skinned
3/4 cup packaged herb dressing stuffing mix, crushed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup snipped parsley
6 TB melted butter

Preheat oven to 375

Mix crushed stuffing, cheese, paprika & parsley together in a bowl (or ziplock bag)

Dip chicken into butter then roll or cover with mix

Place chicken into a shallow baking dish

Sprinkle left over dry mix & butter on top.

Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is fully done
