2- 10oz pkg frozen broccoli
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cook)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cans cream of chicken
˝ c. shredded cheddar cheese
˝ c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in salt until tender
Drain and arrange stalks in baking dish placing cooked chicken on top
Combine soup, juice, mayo and curry powder in a bowl. Stir together and pour over chicken.
Top with cheese followed by breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
Bake uncovered at 350° until it is well heated and begins to bubble around the edges (20-30 minutes)

Linda Lou’s Version: Instead of breadcrumbs, toast two pieces of bread that you butter and top with garlic powder or rub with a garlic clove. Tear the garlic bread into pieces and top the dish.
