2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3 cups flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Oregano, Parsley, Rosemary, Sage (Italian Seasoning) or other spices desired
1/2 cup salted butter, cubed and very cold

Directions:

preheat oven to 450 and spray 2 cooking sheets

1. Combine eggs, milk and garlic
2. In a separate bowl Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, baking powder and spices
3. Use a pastry blender (or fork) and begin cutting in the cubed butter into the flour mixture until no large clumps remain (Steps 4-6 can be performed in a stand mixer)
4. Stir egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix until dough makes a loose ball
5. Dump the ball onto a large floured surface
6. Knead the dough 10 times (tun it over on itself and then turn 90 degrees and repeat) add additional flour as necessary to prevent sticking
7. Use a rolling pin and roll dough out to 1/2 inch thickness
After baking: Brush crusts with a melted butter, garlic and parsley mixture if desired

To make pizza
Put on baking sheet desired sauce and toppings. Bake 6-10 minutes

To make Calzones
Cut into 3 inch circles
Add sauce and other desired toppings
Fold in half and press edges together and take a fork and press edges to ensure seal
Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly brown
