1 Pork Roast
Equal parts paprika, garlic salt, and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Rinse and pat dry roast. Mix together all the spices and rub generously over whole pork roast. Place in uncovered baking dish slightly elevated off bottom of pan so roast doesn't swim in drippings while cooking. Bake for about 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350º and bake covered til almost done. Uncover and bake til done. Let meat rest 10 minutes before slicing.
