1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. pecans
1 box vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs, & oil in large mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes, stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into 3-9 in baking cake pans. Bake at at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.

Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting for Rave Coconut Cake:
4 T. margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. coconut
2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt 2 Tbsp. margarine in skillet, add 1/4 c. coconut, stirring constantly over low heat until golden brown. Spread on paper towel to drain and cool. Cream 2 Tbsp. margarine with cream cheese, add milk beat in sugar, then blend in vanilla. Stir in 1 3/4 c. of coconut. Frost cake layers and sprinkle on top and sides with brown coconut.
