2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Let butter and cream cheese soften; mix all ingredients good and bake in tube pan for one hour at 325 degrees.
