1 box yellow cake mix
Brown sugar
1 large can of pineapple slices
1 stick margarine or butter
Maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix as directed (omitting water) instead use same amount of juice from pineapple and mix with cake batter. Melt butter in 9 X 13 pan, then sprinkle brown sugar to cover bottom of pan. Place pineapple in bottom of pan. Pour cake batter. Bake as directed. Cool 5-10 min. Turn upside down onto cake plate.
