1 cup oatmeal
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients.
Add butter and egg.
Mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Form into small balls the size of walnuts.
Bake at 350º on parchment covered cookie sheet for 8 minutes until edges are brown. WATCH CAREFULLY!
Allow space between as they will spread. Cool and slide off paper. Makes about 60 cookies.
