1 large tenderized round steak cut into portion
salt and pepper
1 cup flour
1 large sliced onion
1 large can tomatoes cut up
green pepper optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper and cover steak. Fry in oil until browned. Add onions and cook 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer one hour. Salt to taste.
