Ingredients:  
1 large tenderized round steak cut into serving portions
1 cup flour
salt and pepper
2 cans mushroom soup
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper and coat steak. Saute in oil until browned. Place pieces in crockpot. Mix soup with milk and spoon over steak. Making sure all pieces are covered. Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Add water if too thick. Serve plain or over mashed potatoes or rice.
