Fry bacon and crumble into pieces. Squirt about 1/2 bottle ranch dressing onto potatoes.
Add in 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Add in about 1/2 of the bacon.

Stir all ingredients together until ranch is coating all areas of the potatoes.
Spray or grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with butter or pam. Pour contents into baking
dish. Add an additional 1/4 cup ranch dressing for a creamier dish. Add remaining bacon
and cheese to top of potatoes.

Cover dish with foil and place in oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and place back in oven
for 5 to 15 minutes or enough to get the cheese golden and slightly crispy
