Slow Cooker Ginger Peach Chicken Recipe

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup peach jam
1 Tb. soy sauce
1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and minced or 1 Tb. ground ginger
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced


1 small jar peach preserves
1 envelope onion soup mix
⅓ cup honey
1 small bottle of french dressing
2 Tb. ground ginger

Stir together sauce ingredients and pour over chicken or pork. Bake 350 for 1 hour.

1. Add chicken to slow cooker
2. In a medium size bowl, create sauce by adding peach jam, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
3. Spoon sauce over chicken
4. Cook on low for 3-6 hours or until chicken shreds easily
5. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker to mix with juice.
