4 lbs slided apples
4 cups sugar
6 tablespoons minute tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Combine to form juice and add 1/3 cup water if needed; Bring to a boil and stir constantly. Add remaining sugar and tapioca; Boil until rolling for one minute.

Can freeze for later use.
