2 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cups undiluted Carnation Evaporated milk
1/3 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups Aylmer Canned Pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp each nutmeg and ginger
1/2 tsp each allspice and cloves
Unbaked 9" pie shell pricked with fork

Thoroughly combine all filling ingredients using a beater; Pour into unbaked pie shell; Bake in 425F oven for 15 minutes; Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking about 35 minutes or until filling is firm at edges and slightly soft in the centre.

Cool and garnish with whipped cream and grated orange rind.
