1 can mandarin orange sections
12 oz can of pineapple chunks
1/2 bag of miniature marshmallows
1/2 bag (1 cup) acini
2 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook acini in salt water for 15 minutes; rinse in cold water

Cook 3/4 c juice from pineapple and orange sections; Mix in 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch until thick;
Beat eggs and add to cooked mixture.
Mix all together and cook a bit then cool.
Pour over acini and fruit; Let is for 12-24 hours

Before serving add marshmallows and whipped cream; Serve as a salad or dessert.
