½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
1 TB chili powder
2 TB flour
3/4 cup ketchup
2 TB steak sauce
2 TB vinegar
1 cup meat broth (or water)
dried or grated onion to taste

Mix all ingredients together in small saucepan & simmer until thickened. Pour over cooked meat
