Mary Brace's Barbecue Beef Recipe

2 lb ground beef
2 garlic cloves
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups diced celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cans Campbell Tomato Soup
5 TB Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

In a large frying pan on low heat, cook onion, celery, garlic & green pepper until soft but not brown.
Add meat & cook until lightly browned.
Add soup & the rest of the ingredients (do not dilute the soup)
Cook slowly from 10 minutes to an hour, stirring often.
serve on hamburger buns
