¼ cup butter
⅓ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
¼ cup vinegar blended with 2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can crushed pineapple (9 ounce)
3 pounds chicken pieces (breasts, thighs)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º
2. Cook all sauce ingredients until thickened.
3. Add pineapple to sauce
4. Arrange chicken in baking dish
5. Pour sauce over chicken
6. Bake uncovered for 2 hours
