Ingredients:  
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup soft butter
Make a biscuit dough or use 2 c bisquick and 1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough out into a rectangle about 1/4" thick. Spread with butter then sprinkle with cheese.

Roll up as a jelly roll then flatten with a rolling pin.

Cut into strips - twist and place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with seasoning salt.
