3/4 c. white cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 egg whites

Pie Filling
1 can pitted cherries ( drained)
3T sugar
2T flour
1 Tsp almond flavoring

1 Pint vanilla ice cream softened

Whip egg whites and sugar until stiff. Add other ingredients and mix well. Line greased pie pan with mixture and cook in oven 250º for about an hour. Remove and cool

1 Pint vanilla ice cream softened. Place in pie crust and put in freezer. When ready to serve. top pie with cherry mixture

Pie Filling directions
Drain juice from cherries and mix sugar, flour and flavoring. Boil 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from stove and add cherries. Let cool.
