1 stick butter, softened
1 ½ C. sugar
2 eggs
1 C. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 C. ripe bananas, mashed (about 2 medium)

Cream Cheese Frosting
8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla
3 ¾-4 C. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas. Spread into a greased 15x10x1 pan. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool before frosting

Frosting
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend until well combined
