2 C. pureed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, softened
1 C. dark brown sugar, plus extra for bottom of pie crust
1 C. granulated sugar
5oz. can (C. plus 2 Tbsp) evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
Dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare 2 piecrusts by sprinkling extra brown sugar on the bottom of the pie crust. Bake about 5 minutes so that the sugar adheres to the crust. Cool while preparing the filling.
2. Combine pureed sweet potatoes and butter. Add sugars, milk, vanilla, and spices.
3. Add in eggs
4. Pour into prepared pie shells and bake at 350F for 45 to 60 minutes or until set.
