1 C. sugar
C. butter
3 eggs
C. lemon juice
zest of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Cream butter and sugar, mixing well
3. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well before adding the next.
4. Add lemon juice and zest.
5. Bake at 350F until set and light brown
