Ingredients:  
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef, browned, drained
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
⅓ tsp. pepper
tsp. chili powder
2 bay leaves
⅓ tsp. curry
stick butter
⅛ tsp. sage
Hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
1. Lightly brown ground beef and onions, stir. Drain fat.
2. Add catsup; blend together.
3. Add spices, Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaves.
4. Cover; simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. For larger portions simmer 1 hour. Check often, stir. Add tomato juice or water if too thick or if sticking to pan.
5. Before serving on buns; add butter.
