Pork Chops
Crushed Saltine crackers
Egg
1/4 cup milk
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Heat oil in skillet on stove. Mix egg and milk. Dredge pork chop into
egg and milk mixture and roll into cracker crumbles. Press crackers into pork chops. Brown pork chop in skillet on both sides. Place a cooling rack on a cookie sheet and place pork chop on top. Bake for around 40 minutes.
