1 lb. can of berries
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8¾ oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. milk
½ tsp. vanilla
1 pie crust, baked
¼ c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ c. whipping cream

Directions:

1. Drain fruits but save the syrups.
2. Blend cream cheese, milk, vanilla, and the 3 tbsp. of sugar.
3. Set 2 tbsp. of pineapple aside, and stir the remainder in to the cream cheese mixture. Spread this mixture on the bottom of the prepared pie shell. Chill.
4. Combine ¼ c. sugar, cornstarch, and salt. In a saucepan combined this mixture with 1½ c. of the reserved syrup and cook until thickened.
5. Stir in berries and lemon juice. Cool.
6. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill
7. Top with whipped cream and extra pineapple.
