Green Peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1 cup white ric
1/2 cup tomatoe sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Brown ground beef with onions. Boil peppers for 5 minutes. Add rice, tomato sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and Worchestershire sauce to beef mixture. Cut off the tops of peppers and gut the insides. Add beef mixture to inside of peppers. Bake covered at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Cover with cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
