7 slices bacon, fully cooked, chopped, and divided
1 package shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 jars (4 oz each) pimientos, drained, chopped
1 cup mayo with olive oil reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375º F

2. Reserve 2 Tablespoons chopped bacon for later use

3. Combine remaining bacon with rest of ingredients.

4. Spoon into 2 quart casserole sprayed with cooking spray

5. Bake 30 - 35 minutes, or until cheeses are completely melted and dip is heated through

6. Sprinkle with reserved bacon

7. Serve with crackers
