Ingredients:  
2 8oz pkg cream cheese
2 5oz jars of processed sharp cheese
1 5oz jar of processed blue cheese spread
3 T wine vinegar
dash of garlic salt
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Allow cheese to soften to room temperature
Combine all ingredients (except nuts) until very smooth
Chill in fridge for 30min
Shape into balls (makes 2 balls)
Before serving roll into chopped nuts
