1 frozen pkg. mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrot, green beans)
˝ lb. ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Egg roll wrappers
2 tbsp. oil
1-2 small pack of vermicelli noodles, soaked and cut (optional)
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté onion and garlic in 2 tbsp. cooking oil.
2. Cook ground beef until slightly brown.
3. Season beef mixture with salt and pepper.
4. Add the mixed vegetables to the meat mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the noodles and cook to desired consistency.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Set aside and drain mixture in a colander and cool completely.
8. Once mixture is cool, wrap about 1 - 2 tbsp. of the mixture with egg roll wrapper and seal the edges with a well-beaten egg.
9. Fry until golden brown and drain off excess oil with paper towel.
10. Use sweet and spicy chili sauce for dipping.
